Get involved
There is a place for what you do
TIIC's programme is built from the community rather than booked from an agency. Musicians, artists, therapists, businesses, volunteers and organisations all make the afternoon what it is.
Ways to be part of it
-
Attend
Come along, bring your people. Entry is free and everyone is welcome.
Registering is free and takes a minute. It helps us plan seating, quiet spaces, volunteers and food, and it is where you tell us what you need on the day.
-
Volunteer
Give a few hours on the day and help the celebration run.
Volunteers welcome guests, guide people to the right zone, support the performers backstage and keep the quiet spaces calm. No experience needed — you will be briefed beforehand and never left on your own. Accessibility training is provided.

-
Perform or exhibit
Take the stage, show your work, join the catwalk.
Musicians, dancers, artists and models — the programme is built from the community, not booked from an agency. Tell us what you do and we will find the right place for it in the afternoon.

-
Host a stall
Bring a community stall, a local business or food to the day.
The Community Marketplace is for inclusive businesses, social enterprises, artists and entrepreneurs. Support organisations and therapy providers are welcome too — plenty of guests come specifically to find you.

-
Sponsor
Back the celebration and the community it starts.
Sponsorship keeps entry free for eight hundred guests. There are packages at several levels, and there is real value in being visibly part of an inclusion event that the UAE community actually turns up to.
What to expect from us
-
A real reply
Every enquiry is read by the team running the festival, not an automated inbox. Expect to hear back within a few days.
-
A proper briefing
Volunteers, performers and stallholders are briefed before the day, including accessibility training. Nobody is thrown in cold.
-
Access for you too
Taking part should be as accessible as attending. Tell us what you need to do this comfortably and we will arrange it.
Not sure which one you are?
Tell us what you do and we will work out where it fits. That is genuinely how most of the programme has come together so far.
